Replacing the product with a similar product at the same price

- The exchange is done as a normal product return. After the product is returned and checked, we will send the replacement product as a new shipment.

Product exchange to a product with different price

- To exchange the product to a different price range product, the product must be returned to us first. The exchange will take place after the returned product has been received and checked by Happy Dog Life Oy. Any price difference will be returned to the account number indicated by the customer.

Please note:

- To exchange the product, the product must be unused, in the original condition and a condition that we can be able to sell it

• If the product is not in the condition mentioned above, we will refund 50% of the price of the product
